The MISSION:TRANSITION Liquidation Division provides professional 'on site' and/or 'on-line' sales, to liquidate entire estate inventories or the unwanted belongings of clients downsizing. We work with and for estate executors and attorneys and real estate professionals.
For our transitions clients, the result is a refreshing financial bonus at the end of a relocation process!
For an estate heir, everything that can be, is sold, the balance donated to charity and the residence left clean, ready for settlement or renovation!
We bring the needed professional skills (developed over 27 years) of project management, sales of furniture, art, antiques and accessories and sales negotiation to this venue.
ON-SITE SALES: We work for our clients, to bring in a higher profit per item by hosting the sale, setting pricing at 'market' value and negotiate prices over the course of several days. We do the needed research, extensive advertising in appropriate newpapers, on-line venues and physical signage advertising near the sales location.
We are not an auction house. Our sales method is intimate, selling in the actual estate residence. Auctions which sell an item after it has been on the block for a minute or two to the highest bidder. and typically start a bid at a dollar, and hope that the bids escalate.
For more high end and rare items, that warrant the attention of a more sophisticated and larger audience, we promote on live antique auctions on the internet or route the item to high end auction houses who advertise the item in catalogs and on line.
At the end of the estate or moving sale, the property is left clean and ready to be occupied by new owner .
